All you have to do is get an application form from one of our customer service specialists.  Then, just fill out and and turn it in.  You’ll receive your card today along with a special offer just for joining.

Should I fill out the entire application form?

Definitely!  Because if you don’t fill in your address, we can’t mail you coupon books or special sales notices and if you leave out birthdays and other information, we won’t know when to send out gift certificates and other rewards.  So fill out the whole thing.  It takes only a couple of minutes, but you’ll guarantee yourself maximum benefits from your Best Rewards membership.
